Pursuing her education in California, she excelled at Whittier College, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with Magna Cum Laude honors. Her passion for justice led her to the renowned UCLA School of Law in Los Angeles, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1991, and shortly after, became a member of the California State Bar (Bar #159516).
